The Experiment

A complex high voltage, high frequency apparatus was assembled which when properly adjusted caused various material objects to accelerate in a vertical direction, against the gravitational field. Under some set of as yet undefined conditions, and particularly when "lift" does not take place, a target specimen will be fractured or disrupted in a catastrophic manner. A less frequent phenomenon is the apparent heating to incandescence of iron and steel specimens having high length to width rations. This event is not accompanied by the heating, charring or the burning of combustible materials in contact with the specimen throughout the duration of the event of about two minutes. The fracturing of certain iron and steel geometries accompanied by an anomalous residual magnetic field, permanent in nature, is not uncommon. Permanent and dramatic alterations in the physical and chemical structure of certain metallic alloys have been documented via mass spectrographic data. These effects do not appear to be specific to any particular type or class of material.

The reaction area comprises a roughly circular cylinder about one and one half feet in diameter and of unknown height. Total energy radiated into this cylinder is on the order of a few watts, although approximately 500 watts are dissipated by the apparatus.

In considering how the WTC complex was destroyed, many people have criticised the research posted here because it does not state or describe the exact technology employed.

Clearly, the posting of this material is quite controversial, but even in the various documentaries that have featured John Hutchison, he has suggested that the techniques he has discovered and developed have been further refined by places like Lockheed Skunkworks, S.A.I.C. (Science Applications International Corp.), and also by perhaps other defense companies.

Clearly they (the planners) know how to clean up (cover up) after a highly unusual chemical/molecular degredation has taken place.

Also note the two companies mentioned in the excerpt above (Lockheed Martin and SAIC). Both are sponsors of the Directed Energy Professional Society! The government even contracted with SAIC for the NIST Report.

Note the holes in the beam, yet the white paint above that shriveled part is still good. It reminds me of what happens when you put a plastic straw over a fire; it crinkles up.

This is a photo from Bankers Trust. I believe it was accidentally "infected" and continues to disintegrate. They are still taking it apart, piece by piece. (Shall I send photos?) Bankers Trust (BT) is directly across the street from WTC2 (where it was). The dirt truck exit is right in front of BT. BT is barely visible on the left.

I'm thinking that the photographer (and the person who put this photo in the FEMA report) did so for us. That beam is calling to me, "see me."

What about the eyewitnesses who say they saw planes hit the towers, you ask? See the following analysis of the WTC Task Force Interviews, which were published in the New York Times. You'll learn that only a very small percentage of the First Responders reported seeing airplanes hit the towers. Even fewer reported hearing them. But... they had no trouble hearing the fighter jets later on! Whatever they saw "hit" the towers was a projection:

Physicists have 'solved' mystery of levitation

Levitation has been elevated from being pure science fiction to science fact, according to a study reported today by physicists.

Now, in another report that sounds like it comes out of the pages of a Harry Potter book, the University of St Andrews team has created an 'incredible levitation effects' by engineering the force of nature which normally causes objects to stick together.

Professor Ulf Leonhardt and Dr Thomas Philbin, from the University of St Andrews in Scotland, have worked out a way of reversing this pheneomenon, known as the Casimir force, so that it repels instead of attracts.

Their discovery could ultimately lead to frictionless micro-machines with moving parts that levitate But they say that, in principle at least, the same effect could be used to levitate bigger objects too, even a person.

The Casimir force is a consequence of quantum mechanics, the theory that describes the world of atoms and subatomic particles that is not only the most successful theory of physics but also the most baffling.

The force is due to neither electrical charge or gravity, for example, but the fluctuations in all-pervasive energy fields in the intervening empty space between the objects and is one reason atoms stick together, also explaining a "dry glue" effect that enables a gecko to walk across a ceiling.

Now, using a special lens of a kind that has already been built, Prof Ulf Leonhardt and Dr Thomas Philbin report in the New Journal of Physics they can engineer the Casimir force to repel, rather than attact.

Because the Casimir force causes problems for nanotechnologists, who are trying to build electrical circuits and tiny mechanical devices on silicon chips, among other things, the team believes the feat could initially be used to stop tiny objects from sticking to each other.

Prof Leonhardt explained,

"The Casimir force is the ultimate cause of friction in the nano-world, in particular in some microelectromechanical systems. Such systems already play an important role - for example tiny mechanical devices which triggers a car airbag to inflate or those which power tiny 'lab on chip' devices used for drugs testing or chemical analysis. Micro or nano machines could run smoother and with less or no friction at all if one can manipulate the force."

Though it is possible to levitate objects as big as humans, scientists are a long way off developing the technology for such feats, said Dr Philbin.

The practicalities of designing the lens to do this are daunting but not impossible and levitation "could happen over quite a distance".

Prof Leonhardt leads one of four teams - three of them in Britain - to have put forward a theory in a peer-reviewed journal to achieve invisibility by making light waves flow around an object - just as a river flows undisturbed around a smooth rock.





John Hutchison is a Canadian inventor known for his claims of inventions and discoveries of a variety of extraordinary phenomena, which other researchers - and often Hutchison himself - have been unable to duplicate.

In 1979, Hutchison claims to have discovered a number of unusual phenomena, while trying to duplicate experiments done by Nikola Tesla. He refers to several of these phenomena jointly under the name "the Hutchison effect", including:

1. levitation of heavy objects.
2. fusion of dissimilar materials such as metal and wood, while lacking any displacement.
3. the anomalous heating of metals without burning adjacent material.
4. the spontaneous fracturing of metals.
5. changes in the crystalline structure and physical properties of metals.
6. disappearance of metal samples.

Hutchison has maintained a number of websites over the years, in which he posts videos and pictures of the purported effect, including short low-quality clips of objects flying around or rising from the ground, and metallic objects moving without being touched.[1][2] He has offered mail-order VHS tapes of the effect for $100 each,[3] though videos are now sold exclusively through Gryphon Productions.[4]

Supporters like Mark Solis, his former webmaster, maintain that none of these effects can be the result of known physical phenomena, such as electromagnetism.[5] Hutchison and his supporters surmise that these phenomena arise from zero-point energy or the Casimir effect.

In physics, the Casimir effect or Casimir-Polder force is a physical force exerted between separate objects due to resonance of all-pervasive energy fields in the intervening space between the objects. This is sometimes described in terms of virtual particles interacting with the objects, due to the mathematical form of one possible way of calculating the strength of the effect. Because the strength of the force falls off rapidly with distance, it is only measurable when the distance between the objects is extremely small. On a submicrometre scale, this force becomes so strong that it becomes the dominant force between uncharged conductors. In fact, at separations of 10 nm — about 100 times the typical size of an atom — the Casimir effect produces the equivalent of 1 atmosphere of pressure (101.3 kPa).

Dutch physicists Hendrik B. G. Casimir and Dirk Polder first proposed the existence of the force and formulated an experiment to detect it in 1948 while participating in research at Philips Research Labs. The classic form of the experiment used a pair of uncharged parallel metal plates in a vacuum, and successfully demonstrated the force to within 15% of the value predicted by the theory.

The van der Waals force between a pair of neutral atoms is a similar effect. In modern theoretical physics, the Casimir effect plays an important role in the chiral bag model of the nucleon; and in applied physics, it is becoming increasingly important in the development of the ever-smaller, miniaturised components of emerging microtechnologies and nanotechnologies.
