Normal people have no feel for the size of the universe, they do not believe that 5 million children dying in Africa is as bad as 1 blond going missing in Florida
150 years later they still do not understand or believe evolution, they voted for Nixon and Bush, they supported Vietnam and Iraq, they drive Detroit cars, eat junk food, believe tabloid news, never understood modern science and would rather trust a used car salesman or TV preacher than Naom Chomsky.
Most people with Aspergers syndrome never had these disabling problems of perception and comprehension, they are most of your scientists and mathematicians.
And if you do not start trusting them rather than charlatans,
you are not going to have a working economy, a society as liveable as Europe or the variety of cultures and species that now exist.
