Luc Courchesne (born 1952 in St-Leonard d'Aston, Quebec, Canada) is a Canadian artist who works in the field of interactive art. Since the early eighties he has spent his time researching interactivity, and campaigning for the inclusion of multimedia exhibits in museums. He has created artworks with light, photography, film and video. In recent years he has concentrated on the representation of portraits and the coherence of mimicry, gesture and language. When creating his installations, he always takes into consideration the audience that will view the artwork.

He studied Design in Communication at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in Halifax (Bachelor 1974), and Visual Studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge (Master 1984). Since 1986, he has been a professor in industrial design at the University of Montreal. In 2005 he became director of the Ecole de design at the Universite de Montreal

Luc is credited with one of the fake videos of UA 175.For obvious reasons this video has been consigned to the Memory Hole.

In 1997 he won the Gran Pix of the ICC Bienale in Tokyo. In 1999 he was awarded a Distinction, in Interactive Art, in the Prix Ars Electronica for "Landscape One".
He currently is living and working in Montreal.

I think this magic plan is DYNAMIC HOLOGRAPHY

I think someone from the inside left us a hint with the saturn v rocket.
Just read the paragraph where the writer talks about how Dynamic Holography is done:

There exist also holographic materials which don't need the developing process and can record a hologram in a very short time. This allows to use holography to perform some simple operations in an all-optical way. Examples of applications of such real-time holograms include phase-conjugate mirrors ("time-reversal" of light), optical cache memories, image processing (pattern recognition of time-varying images), and optical computing.
The amount of processed information can be very high (terabit/s), since the operation is performed in parallel on a whole image. This compensates the fact that the recording time, which is in the order of a microsecond, is still very long compared to the processing time of an electronic computer. The optical processing performed by a dynamic hologram is also much less flexible than electronic processing. On one side one has to perform the operation always on the whole image, and on the other side the operation a hologram can perform is basically either a multiplication or a phase conjugation. But remember that in optics, addition and Fourier transform are already easily performed in linear materials, the second simply by a lens. This enables some applications like a device that compares images in an optical way.

The search for novel nonlinear optical materials for dynamic holography is an active area of research. The most common materials are photorefractive crystals, but also in semiconductors or semiconductor heterostructures (such as quantum wells), atomic vapors and gases, plasmas and even liquids it was possible to generate holograms.

Now, my theory is that the fiery-flash-upon-impact (when the "fuselage" touched the steel building) is a type of electrical discharge of the PLASMA (?) being electrically shorted to earth.

The computing needed to take care of every viewing angle is gigantic, and therefore there would be some viewing angles where the hologramm would be less perfect. They would have tried to keep the number-crunching exact for the important locations, where people would be likely to film... like battery park, and other places from below and south of the towers. The angle from chopper in the air would be less important to get perfect, because they still had life CGI-inserts at the ready.

Maybe that is the meaning behind GRADE 9 CHOPPER 5 ANYBODY ON?

why Henry Hugh Shelton is on the board of the redhat corporation. The military uses huge clusters of linux-machines for decryption and code-breaking... they have computing power that is a state secret. This vast supercomputer can certainly do the calculations required for the life-fly-hologram.

So, physicists of all nations, please tell me.... all it needs is a conjugated mirror (PLASMA CLOUD MISSILE) that is flying into the tower and a powerful laser aboard a 747 to "illuminate" the hologramme? Or is the Laser "carrying the information" and the "missile-vapor-screen" is the passive part?

The laser that was illuminating the scene from a good many miles away was in direction of the morning sun... which would make it more difficult to spot it, against the sun.

Since the people in hoboken would see the 767-hologramm against the sun, there would be no need for detail in the image... the plane-shape needs to be correct, but otherwise it is just black.

This, BTW, is also the solution to the mystery blackness of the plane as it approaches in the other videos.... it was flying UNDER THE BLACK CLOUD ...

and the military knows a thing or two about smoke-screens, wind directions and amount of fuel needed to make a nice black cloud.

I hope you are reading all this... and I am not breaking of my nails on this shitty keyboard and are all ignoring me. In other words, please give me feedback. Even some male grunts of comprehension would be in order.

You see, the important part would be to get the plane looking believable. For the human eye light reflections are really the key to understanding shape. And for a hologramme operator to calculate the proper light reflections, well , that is the essence of her/his trade.. they do that anyway.

But still, the hologramme cannot get everything totally right. I looked at the CT, MH and Luc C images for many times now.. and I belive the 767 shows a luminance consistent with a light-emitting (!) not just light-reflecting source.

But of course that is exactly the nature of a hologramme..

OK, how about the impact shape into the tower, and the nice little explosion puffs when the ua 175 hologram enters the tower. I leave you to research that... I think, since we are dealing with the military, they have many ways of making explosions to order.
